Ira Goldberg founded Specialized Photographic in 2021 as a means for a creative outlet and a way to help clients bring to life their inner beauty captured in digital form. Ira is a dedicated professional and proud member of the Professional Photographers of America, and in 2021 became a Certified Professional Photographer through the same organization. Ira is currently pursuing his Masters of Photography also through PPA.
Prior to embarking on his professional photographic journey Ira enjoyed a career as a high school educator. As a photographer, Ira utilizes much of the same skills he offered his students: relationship building, dedication to excellence, and helping each subject reach his or her full potential as reflected in a digital image. Ira’s primary areas of professional interest are head shots, portraits, senior and graduate photos, and corporate editorial/environmental work. Ira is located in the metro Detroit area where he enjoys life with his wife and two cats.
Areas of service:
Ira is a traveling photographer who shoots frequently in NYC. Locally, most of the metro-Detroit area falls under his service area with a high concentration of jobs in the cities of Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Birmingham, Commerce Township, Farmington Hills, Novi, Walled Lake, and downtown Detroit.
